How can I pay for my online order?

We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.

I just submitted an order; can I change it?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at theobobox@gmail.com we will make every attempt to honor your request.

How do I check the status of my order?

We’ll send you your tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. In most cases order processing takes between 1-4 business days.

Did my order go through?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive this email and are unsure if your order went through, please contact Customer Service at theobobox@gmail.com

How long does delivery take?

We know the feeling of waiting for an awesome product to arrive, so we get them to you as fast as we possibly can! Standard shipping times are usually 7-10 days for our products unless specified in the description. Some of our products are shipped from our overseas warehouse direct to you. Due to the high demand of some of our promotional products, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

I ordered more than 1 item, where is the rest of my order?

When you order multiple items at a time some are shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

Does OBOBOX offer a guarantee to their customers?

Who Is Responsible For Customs Charges?

Some of our products are shipped from our overseas warehouse direct to you. In the rare event that there is a customs charge, this will be the responsibility of the customer.
